Custom Folding

Sometimes existing profiles just don’t cut the mustard.

At Metal Cladding Systems we make all our products on a project-based production line. This enables us to remain flexible and responsive to custom design requests and out of the norm project requirements.

When looking to nominate a custom profile, it’s important to remember shop drawings and dimensioned details will be required for quoting and manufacturing. Metal Cladding Systems recommends working with an experienced and professional installer when considering bespoke panel systems.

Customisation can be as subtle as altering an existing profile to better suit an application, or we can work with you to develop something completely new.

Popular custom profiles include large format Cassette panels in heavy gauge aluminium, metal weatherboards and metal joinery detailing.

At Metal Cladding Systems we pride ourselves on our ability to fabricate to the finest detail. To produce custom shapes, panels and systems, shop drawings (production style blueprints) must be submitted for project quoting and manufacturing.
